Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in digital product analytics, ecommerce analytics, or growth analytics.
  • Proven experience in CRO, A/B testing strategy, and test readouts.
  • Expert proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and event-based analytics.
  • Strong experience with subscription analytics: retention, churn, cohort modeling, CLV, subscriber acquisition.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, FullStory, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
  • SQL proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, digital funnels, attribution, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into compelling insights and recommendations.
  • Experience managing or mentoring analysts preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own KPI frameworks for ecommerce and subscription performance (traffic, CVR, AOV, churn, retention, cohorts).
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Mixpanel.
  • Support analytics needs tied to the GA4 reimplementation.
  • Identify high-impact CRO opportunities across web and app experiences.
  • Develop strong hypotheses, define success metrics, and guide test design.
  • Run post-test analyses and deliver insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee weekly and monthly reporting for website and app performance.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Senior Associate Analyst.
  • Partner with Product Managers to bring data-driven clarity into roadmap decisions.
  • Present insights, test readouts, and performance updates to Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
