Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in digital product analytics, ecommerce analytics, or growth analytics.
- Proven experience in CRO, A/B testing strategy, and test readouts.
- Expert proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and event-based analytics.
- Strong experience with subscription analytics: retention, churn, cohort modeling, CLV, subscriber acquisition.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, FullStory, Tableau, and Mixpanel.
- SQL proficiency is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, digital funnels, attribution, and experimentation methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to turn data into compelling insights and recommendations.
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own KPI frameworks for ecommerce and subscription performance (traffic, CVR, AOV, churn, retention, cohorts).
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Mixpanel.
- Support analytics needs tied to the GA4 reimplementation.
- Identify high-impact CRO opportunities across web and app experiences.
- Develop strong hypotheses, define success metrics, and guide test design.
- Run post-test analyses and deliver insights and recommendations.
- Oversee weekly and monthly reporting for website and app performance.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Senior Associate Analyst.
- Partner with Product Managers to bring data-driven clarity into roadmap decisions.
- Present insights, test readouts, and performance updates to Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
