  • Excellent active listening and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience managing hybrid (on-site and remote) teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Client Acquisition Specialists.
  • Design and facilitate sales workshops, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching.
  • Conduct live call monitoring and review recordings for feedback.
  • Develop training modules for value-based selling and soft closing techniques.
  • Refine communication guidelines and sales scripts.
  • Establish onboarding and certification processes for new hires.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
