- Excellent active listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience managing hybrid (on-site and remote) teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Client Acquisition Specialists.
- Design and facilitate sales workshops, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching.
- Conduct live call monitoring and review recordings for feedback.
- Develop training modules for value-based selling and soft closing techniques.
- Refine communication guidelines and sales scripts.
- Establish onboarding and certification processes for new hires.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
