Responsibilities
- Design and execute a participant acquisition engine using organic and referral loops.
- Architect channels including community partnerships and agentic outreach pipelines.
- Implement automation and agentic workflows to scale acquisition without increasing headcount.
- Drive geographic market unlocks based on supply-side economics.
- Track and optimize metrics: cost per activated participant, completion rate, and repeat-task rate.
- Conduct weekly experiments and iterate based on performance data.
