Requirements

- Proven experience owning and advancing complex commercial opportunities within multi-stakeholder environments.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical procurement, supply chains, and donor funding mechanisms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate market intelligence and data into growth strategies.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to build senior external stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record contributing directly to commercial growth or strategic partnerships.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using technology, AI tools, and business intelligence for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Originate and advance complex commercial opportunities across NGOs, governments, and institutional procurement bodies.
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across procurement and funding functions.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement environments with long sales cycles.
- Partner with the CCO and BD Directors to strengthen outbound engagement and market penetration.
- Represent the company in discussions regarding pharmaceutical procurement, donor funding, and tendering.
- Utilize market intelligence and procurement data to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop frameworks for opportunity qualification and strategic pipeline development.
- Build strategic account growth plans within the first 60–90 days.
