Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years of product growth experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience building a hybrid product-led and sales-led motion.
  • Strong instincts for activation and expansion user journeys.
  • Experience with both transactional and subscription revenue models.
  • End-to-end experiment design, execution, and analysis skills.
  • Fluency in growth metrics such as activation rate, adoption, expansion revenue, and NRR.
  • Proficiency with Amplitude, HubSpot, and Snowflake or comparable data warehouses.
  • Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Clear communication skills from executive to analyst level.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the hybrid motion with Sales by identifying product signals for sales conversations and building playbooks.
  • Own the in-product experience to accelerate time-to-value and design expansion loops.
  • Grow self-serve revenue across transactional and subscription products.
  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and scaling of the AI voice agent, Roofr Voice.
  • Lead the Growth team including Engineering, Design, and Data Science.
  • Build a fast experimentation culture.
  • Own and report on growth metrics like activation, adoption, and NRR.
