- Own day-to-day execution and optimization for Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Build campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, offer testing, and landing page testing.
- Develop and maintain a steady testing pipeline of hooks, angles, formats, audiences, offers, landing pages, and funnels.
- Write direct-response ad concepts, primary text, headlines, landing page angles, and creative briefs.
- Work with founders, designers, editors, and creators to turn performance insights into new ad assets quickly.
- Analyze CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, payback period, funnel conversion, creative fatigue, and cohort quality.
- Build lightweight reporting so the team always knows what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next.
- Improve the post-click experience by recommending landing page, onboarding, offer, and checkout experiments.
