Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager, and/or in enterprise customer success.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven track record of turning unstructured processes into scalable programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, or Catalyst.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including account management, product, and sales.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and modify client training programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to document support and training needs.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for implementations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for team and individual performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation playbooks.
  • Partner with Adoption Specialists to drive platform adoption.
