Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager, and/or in enterprise customer success.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proven track record of turning unstructured processes into scalable programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, or Catalyst.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed project plans ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including account management, product, and sales.
- Conduct regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and modify client training programs.
- Collaborate with marketing to document support and training needs.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for implementations.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for team and individual performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation playbooks.
- Partner with Adoption Specialists to drive platform adoption.
