Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end Marketo (Adobe Marketo Engage) program execution.
  • Experience building and maintaining smart campaigns, tokens, and automation workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketo–SFDC integration and campaign syncing.
  • Experience with data hygiene, list uploads, and segmentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and meet strict SLAs.
  • Experience working with marketing operations workflows and QA processes.
  • Experience executing webinar, event, email, and landing page campaigns in Marketo.
  • Advanced English Level is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full ticket lifecycle from assignment to completion, ensuring SLA adherence (48h–5 business days).
  • Maintain real-time tracking and stakeholder communication via Monday.com.
  • Perform data preparation and hygiene (formatting, validation, and required field reconciliation).
  • Build and execute Marketo programs by cloning templates, configuring tokens, and setting up smart campaigns.
  • Create and configure assets (emails, landing pages, forms) and campaign logic.
  • Execute audience segmentation using Smart Lists and suppression rules.
  • Perform QA on all assets and configurations, including Marketo–SFDC synchronization validation.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies between Marketo and SFDC campaign data.
  • Launch campaigns and generate performance reports (deliverability, opens, clicks).
  • Support special projects and lead management processes.
