Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end Marketo (Adobe Marketo Engage) program execution.
- Experience building and maintaining smart campaigns, tokens, and automation workflows.
- Strong knowledge of MarketoâSFDC integration and campaign syncing.
- Experience with data hygiene, list uploads, and segmentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and meet strict SLAs.
- Experience working with marketing operations workflows and QA processes.
- Experience executing webinar, event, email, and landing page campaigns in Marketo.
- Advanced English Level is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage full ticket lifecycle from assignment to completion, ensuring SLA adherence (48hâ5 business days).
- Maintain real-time tracking and stakeholder communication via Monday.com.
- Perform data preparation and hygiene (formatting, validation, and required field reconciliation).
- Build and execute Marketo programs by cloning templates, configuring tokens, and setting up smart campaigns.
- Create and configure assets (emails, landing pages, forms) and campaign logic.
- Execute audience segmentation using Smart Lists and suppression rules.
- Perform QA on all assets and configurations, including MarketoâSFDC synchronization validation.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies between Marketo and SFDC campaign data.
- Launch campaigns and generate performance reports (deliverability, opens, clicks).
- Support special projects and lead management processes.
