Requirements
- 3+ years in technical operations, business analyst, or analytics role.
- Experience with rate management, pricing operations, or inventory operations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying modern data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and configuration.
- Python proficiency for data manipulation, API interaction, and workflow automation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work remotely and self-manage in a fast-moving environment.
- Analytical instincts with an ownership mentality.
Responsibilities
- Manage rate-related tickets end-to-end from triage to resolution.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve rate discrepancies including GDS-sourced and direct-loaded content.
- Write and maintain SQL queries to validate accuracy and surface coverage gaps.
- Develop Python scripts to automate rate-loading and audit workflows.
- Maintain Salesforce-based reporting and workflows.
- Create weekly and monthly dashboards for rate quality and operational performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Supply leadership on rate strategies.
- Document and own SOPs for rate operations.
- Lead process-improvement initiatives in partnership with Engineering and Data.
