Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or senior contributor in complex Salesforce projects.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industries.
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and performance optimization.
- Experience with security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Shield).
- Solid understanding of integrations, data models, metadata, and platform limits.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices, and release management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in production environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Implement and sustain Salesforce solutions aligned with architecture standards.
- Support the design and evolution of multi-cloud environments including Sales, Service, and Data Cloud.
- Participate in technical forums to provide guidance and ensure enterprise architecture alignment.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in delivery pipelines.
- Contribute to integration strategies for secure and efficient data flows.
- Support troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
- Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
