Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst or in similar roles within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional business requirements.
- Experience working on Salesforce projects in complex corporate environments.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Telecom industry solutions) is highly desirable.
- Ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and structured working style.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Salesforce Functional Analyst, working with Communications Cloud and supporting functional design and implementation activities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for Salesforce implementation.
- Support functional configuration within Salesforce, including flows, objects, fields, validation rules, layouts, and declarative automation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine solutions and ensure alignment with business and platform requirements.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, supporting backlog refinement, functional alignment, and delivery planning.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and meet client business process requirements.
- Support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities to ensure successful delivery.
