Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling and platform architecture.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations, including authentication protocols such as OAuth.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS applied to LWC or Aura components.
- Technical English proficiency for reading and understanding documentation.
- Experience working in agile development environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications are considered a strong differentiator.
- Interest in innovation, cloud technologies, and scalable enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builder.
- Design and implement integrations with legacy systems and third-party platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Build scalable and maintainable object-oriented solutions aligned with technical and business requirements.
- Create, optimize, and maintain SOQL and SOSL queries for efficient data management and performance.
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate actively in agile development processes, including Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and delivery cycles.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Support troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Work with version control systems and collaborative development workflows to support deployment and release management.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and the evolution of Salesforce-based digital transformation projects.
