Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of selling in cloud communications and customer data platform markets.
  • Total of 12 years of full cycle sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years managing or leading quantitative highly analytical products.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS, CPaaS, or Data platforms.
  • Proven track record in consultative technical solution selling.
  • Experience outbound prospecting and executing total account relationship strategies.
  • Ability to influence technical leaders and demonstrate how data/AI drives business value.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new customer acquisition across the full Twilio portfolio.
  • Own analytical and consultative sales cycles to move past transactional vendor relationships.
  • Multi-thread enterprise accounts and act as a strategic partner to the C-Suite.
  • Collaborate with Specialist Sales, Product Management, and Solutions Engineering to drive multi-product adoption.
  • Design mutually beneficial contracts with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Execute multiple projects and deals while maintaining performance across shifting priorities.
  • Develop long-range territory strategies and sales plans.
  • Establish expertise in unified communications and data platforms.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
