Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of selling in cloud communications and customer data platform markets.
- Total of 12 years of full cycle sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years managing or leading quantitative highly analytical products.
- Experience selling technical SaaS, CPaaS, or Data platforms.
- Proven track record in consultative technical solution selling.
- Experience outbound prospecting and executing total account relationship strategies.
- Ability to influence technical leaders and demonstrate how data/AI drives business value.
- Demonstrated track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new customer acquisition across the full Twilio portfolio.
- Own analytical and consultative sales cycles to move past transactional vendor relationships.
- Multi-thread enterprise accounts and act as a strategic partner to the C-Suite.
- Collaborate with Specialist Sales, Product Management, and Solutions Engineering to drive multi-product adoption.
- Design mutually beneficial contracts with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Execute multiple projects and deals while maintaining performance across shifting priorities.
- Develop long-range territory strategies and sales plans.
- Establish expertise in unified communications and data platforms.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
