Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant, or actively pursuing professional licensure
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in public accounting or international organization
- Experience with US GAAP accounting and SOX-compliant controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience with ERP and consolidation systems, preferably SAP or OneStream
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Oversee general ledger functions and ensure the accuracy of journal entries
- Review and oversight of key complex US GAAP and IFRS technical accounting topics
- Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and internal controls
- Manage and mentor a team of hub accountants
- Support the timely preparation of underlying footnotes for SEC filings
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives by leveraging technology
