Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Meaningful experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies.
- Adaptive Planning power user or equivalent EPM tool expertise.
- Strong financial acumen with 3-statement modeling expertise.
- Advanced Excel and Google Suite fluency.
- Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP and HRIS systems.
- Prior experience in investment banking, PE, transaction/valuation advisory, or management consulting.
- SQL proficiency for ad-hoc data analysis.
- Experience building FP&A processes and infrastructure from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of quarterly reforecasting and annual planning.
- Own financial sections of quarterly board decks.
- Build and maintain equity burn and cash flow models in Adaptive Planning.
- Own forecasting and variance analysis for corporate/shared services and people costs.
- Drive continuous improvement of Adaptive Planning models and reporting.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and risks.
- Own debt covenant reporting requirements.
- Draft board memos and coordinate with ELT.
- Review consolidated financial results for month-end close.
