Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical oversight and delivery assurance across live services.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical, operational, and delivery issues.
- Own commercial performance including contract management, change control, and revenue forecasting.
- Lead senior customer governance forums, service reviews, and executive-level engagement.
- Shape renewal, extension, and future service strategies.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, compliance, and audit readiness.
