Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales (AE/closing role mandatory)
- Strong lead generation and outbound prospecting skills
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to qualify leads based on intent, urgency, and fit
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High ownership of revenue targets and pipeline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
- Currently working at a SaaS based organisation
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-ups
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand customer needs
- Close high-quality deals aligned with customer requirements
- Collaborate with SDRs/marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Experiment with messaging, positioning, and sales strategies
