Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales (AE/closing role mandatory)
  • Strong lead generation and outbound prospecting skills
  • Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to qualify leads based on intent, urgency, and fit
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • High ownership of revenue targets and pipeline
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
  • Currently working at a SaaS based organisation

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-ups
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand customer needs
  • Close high-quality deals aligned with customer requirements
  • Collaborate with SDRs/marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
  • Experiment with messaging, positioning, and sales strategies
