Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Strong track record of new logo acquisition and quota attainment.
  • Experience selling Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
  • Experience with XML, structured content, or CCMS (e.g., DITA).
  • Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to balance hunting and farming responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers overseeing digital transformation.
  • Drive complex sales processes from initial consultation to closing.
  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise accounts.
  • Manage a sales pipeline to achieve annual quota.
  • Develop account strategies to expand existing customer relationships.
  • Lead consultative discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal teams to craft proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.
