Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or professional services.
- Strong track record of new logo acquisition and quota attainment.
- Experience selling Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
- Experience with XML, structured content, or CCMS (e.g., DITA).
- Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to balance hunting and farming responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers overseeing digital transformation.
- Drive complex sales processes from initial consultation to closing.
- Identify, develop, and close new enterprise accounts.
- Manage a sales pipeline to achieve annual quota.
- Develop account strategies to expand existing customer relationships.
- Lead consultative discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to craft proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.
