Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media planning and buying.
  • Strong emphasis on retail media and omni-channel strategies.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic media and real-time bidding (RTB).
  • Experience working with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and direct campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with third-party ad servers and digital reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives/Managers to develop strategic, data-driven media plans and insertion orders.
  • Utilize Choozle’s platform to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure quality assurance of partner programmatic campaign creation.
  • Own client onboarding, implementation, training, and adoption.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for clients.
  • Customize onboarding processes based on client goals.
  • Provide guidance on platform navigation and campaign configuration.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and KPI attainment.
  • Report client outcomes and KPIs to align with business objectives.
  • Support cross-team initiatives with VP/Director-level team members.
