Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic).
- Proven success managing performance-based lead generation campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, LSAs, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4).
- Strong analytical skills using Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, LSAs, YouTube) and Meta campaigns.
- Manage and analyze daily performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Implement data-driven optimizations to improve lead quality and lower acquisition costs.
- Maintain and monitor budget pacing, keyword strategies, ad copy testing, and audience targeting.
- Ensure all ad creatives and campaigns adhere to industry and platform regulations.
- Partner with the Account Management team to deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with Sales and Creative teams to maximize conversion rates.
- Build comprehensive reports and dashboards highlighting key KPIs.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences.
