Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic).
  • Proven success managing performance-based lead generation campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, LSAs, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4).
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, LSAs, YouTube) and Meta campaigns.
  • Manage and analyze daily performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Implement data-driven optimizations to improve lead quality and lower acquisition costs.
  • Maintain and monitor budget pacing, keyword strategies, ad copy testing, and audience targeting.
  • Ensure all ad creatives and campaigns adhere to industry and platform regulations.
  • Partner with the Account Management team to deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Creative teams to maximize conversion rates.
  • Build comprehensive reports and dashboards highlighting key KPIs.
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences.
