Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in traditional, local, or healthcare-focused marketing environments.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, campaign optimization, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, including resource planning, deadline management, and multi-project coordination.
  • Ability to proactively recommend strategies and present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and comfort working with performance metrics and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, activate, and optimize traditional and localized media campaigns that support health screening programs and clinical research initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors and external partners to ensure efficient campaign delivery and execution.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities and marketing channels to expand audience reach and improve campaign performance.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing across creative assets and media channels to improve engagement, awareness, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, clinical, and content development teams to align campaign strategies and incorporate participant feedback into optimization efforts.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign effectiveness and audience behavior over time.
  • Develop media strategies that strengthen both top-of-funnel awareness and mid-funnel engagement while supporting measurable conversion goals.
  • Manage local business listings through listing management tools and support public relations and communication initiatives as needed.
  • Contribute to ad hoc marketing projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
