Requirements

  • 4+ years of creative strategy work on performance ad programs with a focus on short-form video and statics.
  • Digital portfolio showcasing performance ad work with evidence of impact on metrics like hold rate or CTR.
  • Strong hands-on design skills including Figma (Auto Layout, Components) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ability to storyboard, edit, and ship ads.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics: thumb-stop rate, 3-second hold, hook retention, CTR, and CPA.
  • Active use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Icon, or Runway in the creative workflow.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing environments.
  • Experience managing designers and editors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-tempo creative strategy and direction for full-funnel ad programs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Display).
  • Deliver expert advice, concepts, and briefs for short-form video.
  • Translate client marketing strategy and performance data into clear, compelling ad concepts.
  • Brief designers and editors on assets, including static ads, animations, and mobile-first videos.
  • Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with clarity and strategic rationale.
  • Monitor performance data to inform creative iterations and improve results.
  • Create and polish ads directly using design tools when necessary.
