Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or data-driven marketing environments.
  • Strong expertise in HCP-focused digital marketing campaigns, preferably for pharmaceutical or healthcare brands.
  • Deep understanding of Prescription Rx and Medical Claims Dx data.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced analytical, statistical, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to manipulate large datasets.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Test vs Control or Marketing Mix Modeling is a plus.
  • Experience working with AI-driven analytics tools or insights generation is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, curiosity, collaboration, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of large-scale healthcare and marketing datasets to generate actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making and client engagement.
  • Partner with sales and client teams to support renewals, identify growth opportunities, and deliver compelling data-driven presentations.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, translating results into clear ROI narratives and optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze behavioral and engagement patterns of healthcare professionals to inform targeting and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving analytics workflows, methodologies, and reporting efficiency.
