Requirements
- Experience in a creative role within a recognized healthcare advertising agency.
- Proven ability to build a compelling narrative through concept presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative creative solutions for patient experiences.
- Understanding of diverse communication platforms and design tools (video, PowerPoint, websites, apps, print, immersive experiences).
- Evidence of mentorship, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Must be proficient in Figma.
Responsibilities
- Inspire high creative standards through your own work and team interaction.
- Develop and direct concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns.
- Take a creative leadership role on brands and projects, shaping and directing creative strategy.
- Present as an authority on current creative thinking and raise agency profile.
- Build strong interpersonal relationships and encourage colleagues.
- Champion creativity and collaboration.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff.
- Constructively challenge and inspire the creative ideation process.
- Identify new business opportunities and initiatives.
- Take the lead on new business pitch work, directing and presenting as required.
