Requirements
- Experience in eCommerce or marketing technology customer success or support.
- Technical aptitude for platform configuration and installation.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
- Knowledge of eCommerce marketing stacks (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo).
- High-volume account management experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and high-energy mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own an active book of onboardings end-to-end from kickoff through nurture.
- Run structured kickoff calls to map tech stacks and goals.
- Guide customers through Triple Pixel installation and technical configurations.
- Configure and validate UTM and tracking parameters.
- Connect and troubleshoot platform integrations like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Klaviyo.
- Drive onboarding and success pipeline management in HubSpot.
- Monitor usage patterns to proactively flag churn risk.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities within the growth segment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer success playbooks.
