Requirements

  • Experience in eCommerce or marketing technology customer success or support.
  • Technical aptitude for platform configuration and installation.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce marketing stacks (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo).
  • High-volume account management experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and high-energy mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own an active book of onboardings end-to-end from kickoff through nurture.
  • Run structured kickoff calls to map tech stacks and goals.
  • Guide customers through Triple Pixel installation and technical configurations.
  • Configure and validate UTM and tracking parameters.
  • Connect and troubleshoot platform integrations like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Klaviyo.
  • Drive onboarding and success pipeline management in HubSpot.
  • Monitor usage patterns to proactively flag churn risk.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities within the growth segment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer success playbooks.
