Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in Customer Success at a technical B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience with scaled, digital, or tech-touch CS programmes.
  • Proficiency with data and BI tooling (Metabase, Snowflake, or similar).
  • Accountability for GRR and NRR in a revenue-focused CS role.
  • Ability to create repeatable playbooks and structure.
  • Technical fluency to engage with developer audiences.
  • Experience using AI in workflow for research and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own retention and expansion for Growth tier accounts.
  • Design and implement Ably's first scaled customer success programme.
  • Define health scoring, automated lifecycle journeys, and engagement playbooks.
  • Analyze product usage data, consumption patterns, and activation signals.
  • Support the transition of accounts from high-touch to scaled service.
  • Partner with Developer Experience to share signal and insights.
