  • 5+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions.
  • Experience in leveraging or integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
  • Experience as an Account Executive or in alternative sales/customer service roles.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Ability to travel 30-50%.

Responsibilities

  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding and account execution.
  • Provide input to AE during account planning based on strategy.
  • Ensure alignment with Now Value principles.
  • Support customers to envision the value of digital transformation.
  • Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap.
  • Coach AEs, ADRs, and ACEs on specialty solution area knowledge.
  • Customize time allocation of responsibilities based on territory needs.
