- Experience in leveraging or integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
- Experience as an Account Executive or in alternative sales/customer service roles.
- Understanding of business sales processes.
- Ability to travel 30-50%.
Responsibilities
- Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding and account execution.
- Provide input to AE during account planning based on strategy.
- Ensure alignment with Now Value principles.
- Support customers to envision the value of digital transformation.
- Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap.
- Coach AEs, ADRs, and ACEs on specialty solution area knowledge.
- Customize time allocation of responsibilities based on territory needs.
