Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
- Confidence working with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Experience managing lead flows, improving pipeline visibility, and maintaining data accuracy.
- An analytical mindset - you love solving problems with structure, logic, and precision.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable navigating work that spans Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Clear communication and the ability to guide others through process change.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and genuine excitement about working in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing lead assignment logic and workflows to ensure speed and accuracy.
- Supporting our commercial teams (Sales, AM, CS, Marketing) with clean, organized, and up-to-date CRM data.
- Building and maintaining reporting dashboards for Sales, Lead Gen, CS, and Leadership.
- Identifying inefficiencies in current processes and proposing actionable improvements.
- Partnering with me, our Operations Partners (Sales, Marketing, CX), and the broader Commercial Ops team on cross-functional initiatives.
- Supporting adoption of new tools and processes through documentation and enablement.
- Running small RevOps projects and contributing to a scalable commercial operations infrastructure.
