Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations hubs
  • HubSpot certifications (required or in progress)
  • Proven experience building complex workflows and automation logic
  • Hands-on experience with Zapier, APIs, and webhook-based integrations
  • Strong experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
  • Google Ads certification
  • Solid understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Availability to collaborate during U.S. Eastern business hours

Responsibilities

  • Act as the HubSpot specialist across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations hubs
  • Manage CRM data quality, including imports, deduplication, and data governance
  • Implement and maintain integrations using Zapier, APIs, and webhooks
  • Create and optimize landing pages, forms, chatbots, and dashboards
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
  • Implement tracking and analytics using Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Maintain UTM governance and closed-loop attribution frameworks
