Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations hubs
- HubSpot certifications (required or in progress)
- Proven experience building complex workflows and automation logic
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, APIs, and webhook-based integrations
- Strong experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
- Google Ads certification
- Solid understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Availability to collaborate during U.S. Eastern business hours
Responsibilities
- Act as the HubSpot specialist across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations hubs
- Manage CRM data quality, including imports, deduplication, and data governance
- Implement and maintain integrations using Zapier, APIs, and webhooks
- Create and optimize landing pages, forms, chatbots, and dashboards
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
- Implement tracking and analytics using Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Maintain UTM governance and closed-loop attribution frameworks
