Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retention marketing (email, SMS, CRM, or loyalty).
- Hands-on experience with an Email Service Platform (ESP), Klaviyo preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills for DTC e-commerce.
- Solid understanding of email analytics and data-driven strategy.
- Clear understanding of marketing campaigns vs automated flows.
- Proficiency in building segmented customer lists using behavioral/transactional data.
- Experience working within Shopify or directly supporting Shopify-based clients.
- Proactive and organized approach to customer journey management.
- Must submit application and resume in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full production process for email campaigns and automated flows.
- Build emails in Klaviyo or similar ESPs.
- Write on-brand copy and create clear briefs for the design team.
- QA content and logic, and schedule deployments.
- Maintain the monthly content calendar and drive timelines with clients.
- Support the Retention Marketing Strategist by pulling performance data and analyzing results.
- Build automated workflows, segmentation, and list logic.
- Maintain list hygiene and work with Shopify apps like Yotpo, Loyalty Lion, JustUno, and Privy.
