- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities
- Draft incoming referrals including demographic information, diagnosis, requested due date, and specialty.
- Correctly & accurately complete the intake process by closing the intake according to proper workflow procedures.
- Filter through client emails throughout an 8-hour workday and delegate/escalate as needed.
- Upload referrals, records, and fee schedules into cases.
- Handle outreach emails/calls to clients to obtain necessary case information or medical records.
- Request and pull medical records from client platforms and upload them to referrals.
- Select and assign incoming referrals to ensure balanced distribution between CSRs and QAs.
- Invoice referrals based on physician fees and client quotes.
- Audit referrals with upcoming due dates to ensure correct processing.
- Assist with physician outreaches and referral assignments during team PTO.
