Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales productivity
- Proven track record in designing, curating, and scaling sales enablement programs and playbooks
- Experience delivering enablement programs with focus on adoption, completion, and measurable impact
- Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle from prospecting through closing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage sales tech stack data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Willingness to use the Camunda product
Responsibilities
- Partner with NA Sales leadership to identify enablement priorities for AEs and ADRs
- Design and deliver sales enablement programs, including onboarding, sales plays, training, coaching, and workshops
- Create and scale playbooks, frameworks, and assets that equip sellers for success
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure field alignment on product and positioning
- Track adoption, completion, and business impact using data and KPIs
- Support managers in developing and coordinating events and cross-functional meetings
- Serve as a connector across functions including Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and People teams
