Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales productivity
  • Proven track record in designing, curating, and scaling sales enablement programs and playbooks
  • Experience delivering enablement programs with focus on adoption, completion, and measurable impact
  • Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle from prospecting through closing
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage sales tech stack data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to use the Camunda product

Responsibilities

  • Partner with NA Sales leadership to identify enablement priorities for AEs and ADRs
  • Design and deliver sales enablement programs, including onboarding, sales plays, training, coaching, and workshops
  • Create and scale playbooks, frameworks, and assets that equip sellers for success
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure field alignment on product and positioning
  • Track adoption, completion, and business impact using data and KPIs
  • Support managers in developing and coordinating events and cross-functional meetings
  • Serve as a connector across functions including Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and People teams
