Responsibilities
- Assist renter customers with placing utility orders
- Explain utility options to customers
- Communicate with renters by phone, text and email
- Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters and utility providers
- Verify and ensure completion of utility orders
- Support clients and team with additional activities as needed
