Requirements

  • Familiarity with Hack The Box platforms and products.
  • Proficiency with developer tools (DevTools).
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience in web application development.
  • Ability to identify bugs and clearly describe issues.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Powershell, Bash, Python).
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Experience with networks and network engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Manage requests from the customer user-base across HTB platforms.
  • Reproduce user-reported issues.
  • Forward requests to relevant internal parties.
  • Communicate in real-time with users via Intercom and Discord.
  • Update stakeholders on the progress of technically complex issues.
  • Open and maintain internal JIRA tickets.
  • Evaluate the impact of issues in frontend or backend.
  • Maintain a high level of familiarity with the HTB platform.
