Requirements
- Familiarity with Hack The Box platforms and products.
- Proficiency with developer tools (DevTools).
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience in web application development.
- Ability to identify bugs and clearly describe issues.
- Experience with scripting languages (Powershell, Bash, Python).
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with networks and network engineering.
Responsibilities
- Manage requests from the customer user-base across HTB platforms.
- Reproduce user-reported issues.
- Forward requests to relevant internal parties.
- Communicate in real-time with users via Intercom and Discord.
- Update stakeholders on the progress of technically complex issues.
- Open and maintain internal JIRA tickets.
- Evaluate the impact of issues in frontend or backend.
- Maintain a high level of familiarity with the HTB platform.
