Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or high-stakes Production Support.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure fundamentals (Compute, Networking, Azure Monitoring).
- Hands-on operational experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), log analysis, and cluster scaling.
- Strong familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Experience with structured incident management and working under strict SLA guidelines.
- Intermediate-to-advanced scripting capabilities using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Experience working autonomously in Agile teams within 100% remote environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor critical production systems including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Act as the primary technical responder for live production incidents and Slack escalations.
- Perform root-cause identification and resolve production incidents.
- Maintain, refine, and improve internal runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee and support deployment activities across production and non-production environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve systemic issues and elevate platform reliability.
- Design and implement automation scripts to reduce manual operational toil.
