Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business analyst roles.
  • Experience in software or technology organizations.
  • Proven cross-functional coordination across engineering, finance, legal, and vendor teams.
  • Experience working in or alongside Agile/Scrum development teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in management-level presentations.
  • Experience with vendor management, procurement processes, and contract coordination.
  • Proficiency with JIRA for ticket tracking and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, IBM, or Azure) for cost monitoring.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charting, formulas, data analytics).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for visual presentations.
  • Experience with work management platforms like Monday.com or Asana.
  • Basic SQL query knowledge for data retrieval.
  • Understanding of SDLC, version control, and release cycles.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Frequent Metrics Reporting: Maintain and update numerous source files used for weekly reporting.
  • Cloud Cost Controls: Perform regular monitoring of R&D cloud spend and produce weekly cloud spend health reports.
  • Escalations Management: Manage and update JIRA tickets escalated from Support, Sales, and Services.
  • Translation Coordination: Coordinate regular translation projects between R&D and vendors.
  • Procurement Coordination: Manage timelines, drive approvals, and support peer evaluation of vendor solutions.
  • Internal Accounting & Vendor Management: Ensure renewals and usage align with agreements and coordinate billing.
  • Meeting Coordination: Facilitate recurring weekly meetings and maintain team platforms.
  • Development Hours Logging: Identify and track hours spent on innovation for financial reporting.
  • Accessibility Compliance: Produce reports and coordinate product gaps regarding client accessibility.
  • Security & Compliance: Coordinate security tests and training completion; review open-source tooling.
