- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
- Handle inbound calls from California regarding MBI (Mechanical Breakdown Insurance)
- Identify customer needs and sell motor vehicle contracts
- Achieve one-call closes
- Overcome objections using rebuttal tactics
- Educate consumers on vehicle service contract benefits
- Engage in training, team meetings, and management interactions via camera
