Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales, marketing, and/or operations experience in a technical SaaS/CPaaS space.
  • Proven track record of technical solutions selling and closing experience.
  • Experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Ability to build supportive partnerships with business and highly technical leaders.
  • Analytical approach to account development strategy using data.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to define processes and build programs.
  • Demonstrated record of delivering revenue and gross profit results.
  • Deep personal interest in the social impact market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High adaptability and comfort working in a rapid-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand customer accounts within Twilio.org's customer base.
  • Work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Manage entire sales cycles and own a book of business.
  • Execute programmable sales plays to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Work with cross-functional internal teams to execute renewals and advise on digital communication strategies.
  • Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast utilizing Salesforce.
  • Execute automation strategies to serve a large quantity of customers while maintaining NPS and preventing churn.
