Requirements
- 5+ years of sales, marketing, and/or operations experience in a technical SaaS/CPaaS space.
- Proven track record of technical solutions selling and closing experience.
- Experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
- Ability to build supportive partnerships with business and highly technical leaders.
- Analytical approach to account development strategy using data.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to define processes and build programs.
- Demonstrated record of delivering revenue and gross profit results.
- Deep personal interest in the social impact market.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High adaptability and comfort working in a rapid-paced, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand customer accounts within Twilio.org's customer base.
- Work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Manage entire sales cycles and own a book of business.
- Execute programmable sales plays to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
- Work with cross-functional internal teams to execute renewals and advise on digital communication strategies.
- Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast utilizing Salesforce.
- Execute automation strategies to serve a large quantity of customers while maintaining NPS and preventing churn.
