Requirements

  • Experience as a Wholesale (B2B) Sales Representative or in Distribution Channel marketing.
  • Industry preference: Furniture, Home Goods, Antiques, or Lumber.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in prospect/lead follow-up interaction.
  • Interest in the furniture industry and/or design.
  • Ability to learn and consistently use web-based CRM software.
  • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse/showroom for 1 week every six months.

Responsibilities

  • Manage leads generated from trade shows, wholesale furniture markets, website marketing, and social media.
  • Guide buyers through the entire sales process to ensure transaction completion.
  • Maintain open and urgent communication to obtain buyer interest and engagement.
  • Assist buyers with product selection (size, style, color, availability).
  • Work alongside inventory and fulfillment specialists for final order confirmation.
