Requirements

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Rare disease experience preferred
  • High learning agility
  • Self-starter able to work independently and remotely
  • Proven sales success in a competitive market
  • Highly engaging and influential communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in multiple time zones as needed
  • Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities by engaging with healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers.
  • Provide approved product information while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned product features, benefits, and scientific data.
  • Communicate technical and clinical aspects of products effectively.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document and track sales activities and interactions.
  • Track progress against targets and report potential opportunities or challenges.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
