Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in HR, People Strategy, or Org Effectiveness.
  • Recent experience as a CPO, CHRO, or Head of HR.
  • Deep expertise in compensation strategy, workforce planning, and HRIS.
  • Proven experience leading workforce modernization and AI adoption.
  • Experience partnering with Boards/Compensation Committees.
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise restructuring.
  • Demonstrated success scaling people strategy for distributed organizations.
  • Strong technology acumen with workforce analytics.
  • Executive presence and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR business partnership, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Partner with CEO on executive hiring and leadership development.
  • Design and implement performance management and HR information systems.
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation and change management.
  • Develop compensation strategy and governance practices.
  • Cultivate a high-trust, mission-aligned company culture.
