Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in HR, People Strategy, or Org Effectiveness.
- Recent experience as a CPO, CHRO, or Head of HR.
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy, workforce planning, and HRIS.
- Proven experience leading workforce modernization and AI adoption.
- Experience partnering with Boards/Compensation Committees.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise restructuring.
- Demonstrated success scaling people strategy for distributed organizations.
- Strong technology acumen with workforce analytics.
- Executive presence and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR business partnership, employee relations, and compliance.
- Drive strategic workforce planning and organizational design.
- Partner with CEO on executive hiring and leadership development.
- Design and implement performance management and HR information systems.
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation and change management.
- Develop compensation strategy and governance practices.
- Cultivate a high-trust, mission-aligned company culture.
