Requirements
- 3–6+ years of program/project management experience in medical communications, pharma, or healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience managing live and virtual events.
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple workstreams.
- Cross-functional team collaboration skills.
- Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management.
- Knowledge of MLR processes and pharma compliance.
- Vendor and venue management experience.
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms like Zoom and Webex.
- Experience with financial tracking tools and forecasting.
- Exposure to multiple therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of advisory boards, steering committees, and symposia.
- Manage workflows, budgets, and logistics across multiple programs.
- Own timelines and vendor coordination.
- Manage medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes.
- Handle financial tracking, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams including medical, strategy, and creative.
