Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in program/project management within medical communications, pharma, or healthcare-related industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing live and virtual events.
- Strong experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple workstreams.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of MLR processes and compliance requirements in pharma.
- Ability to manage vendors, venues, and logistics.
- Experience with financial tracking tools, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex).
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of advisory boards, and other HCP engagements.
- Partner with Strategic Account Directors, Scientific Directors, and Program Coordinators.
- Manage workflows, budgets, and logistics across multiple programs.
- Own timelines, vendor coordination, and medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes.
- Perform financial tracking, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients.
- Mentor junior team members.
