Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle in-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced, international environment
- Hands-on experience hiring business and corporate roles across different seniority levels and functions
- Strong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships
- Agile and resilient, comfortable adapting to changing priorities and evolving business needs
- Confident using data and recruitment metrics to drive informed hiring decisions
- Fluent English, strong communications skills
- Able to work remotely from Ukraine
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for business and corporate roles across Europe, covering multiple functions and seniority levels
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing and assessment strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, sharing market insights and recruitment best practices
- Proactively source and engage relevant talent pools using diverse channels and approaches
- Conduct interviews autonomously, ensuring a consistent, structured, and high-quality selection process
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely, and transparent communication
- Use recruitment KPIs and reports within ATS tools (e.g. Greenhouse) to drive data-informed hiring decisions
- Drive a strong match between candidates and Flix culture while representing the Flix employer brand
