Responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruitment for business and corporate roles across Europe
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define sourcing and assessment strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Proactively source and engage relevant talent pools
- Conduct interviews autonomously
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Use recruitment KPIs and reports within ATS tools to drive data-informed hiring decisions
- Drive a strong match between candidates and Flix culture
