Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including SDRs, AEs, and Partnerships.
- Partner with GTM leadership to define role strategy and hiring requirements.
- Identify and track key success signals to elevate quality of hire.
- Design and manage candidate pipelines focused on efficiency and high-touch experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers for market insights and benchmarks.
- Represent the ElevenLabs brand in all candidate interactions.
