Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including SDRs, AEs, and Partnerships.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to define role strategy and hiring requirements.
  • Identify and track key success signals to elevate quality of hire.
  • Design and manage candidate pipelines focused on efficiency and high-touch experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers for market insights and benchmarks.
  • Represent the ElevenLabs brand in all candidate interactions.
