Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or Product Operations
- Background in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or digital financial products
- Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams
- Strong skills in requirements documentation, stakeholder management, and process modeling
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems and business processes
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience in international fintech or banking environments (Europe, LatAm, SEA, USA, UK, Russia)
- Exposure to lending products, payments, BNPL, or digital financial platforms
- Familiarity with Agile product development environments
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams to translate business goals into clear product and system requirements
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering for new features, products, and process improvements
- Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and documentation
- Support product delivery by clarifying requirements, managing scope, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams
- Analyze business processes, product performance, and operational workflows to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs, regulatory requirements, and user expectations
