- Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, and data quality principles within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with PIM systems and digital product data platforms.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured data requirements and technical documentation.
- Experience working in cross-functional, global teams involving IT, product, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in user training, documentation creation, and digital adoption initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Product Information Management (PIM), supporting the onboarding of new divisions, product lines, and acquisitions into the platform.
- Collaborate with business units, product content specialists, and stakeholders to define and evolve product data models, attributes, and classification hierarchies.
- Support governance processes, including Service Desk requests, operational workflows, and compliance with enterprise data standards.
- Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and business requirements into structured IT and data specifications for implementation.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Digital Product, IT/DS, Finance, Operations) to refine digital service concepts into executable technical solutions.
- Drive improvements in PIM system usage, including onboarding, training, and user adoption across global teams.
- Support data integrity, standardization, cleansing, migration, and integration activities across multiple business systems and channels.
- Manage import/export configurations, reporting, and data feeds to support omnichannel, distributor, and eCommerce requirements.
- Coordinate testing strategies, ensure business validation, and support successful delivery of digital initiatives on time and within scope.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and scalability of PIM capabilities.
