Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing or closely related role.
  • Experience in consumer tech, fintech, travel, or subscription products.
  • Proven track record of leading go-to-market launches with measurable business impact.
  • Experience partnering in a product trio (PM / Product Design / Engineering).
  • Expertise in crafting positioning and messaging for complex products.
  • Proficiency with product analytics and experimentation tools.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and bias for action.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging for key Super.com offerings.
  • Build and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
  • Develop a cohesive portfolio narrative across surfaces and channels.
  • Lead customer, competitive, and market insights work.
  • Partner with Lifecycle/CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams.
  • Define success metrics and use experimentation to scale.
  • Create internal enablement documentation and resources.
