- 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing or closely related role.
- Experience in consumer tech, fintech, travel, or subscription products.
- Proven track record of leading go-to-market launches with measurable business impact.
- Experience partnering in a product trio (PM / Product Design / Engineering).
- Expertise in crafting positioning and messaging for complex products.
- Proficiency with product analytics and experimentation tools.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and bias for action.
Responsibilities
- Own product positioning and messaging for key Super.com offerings.
- Build and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Develop a cohesive portfolio narrative across surfaces and channels.
- Lead customer, competitive, and market insights work.
- Partner with Lifecycle/CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams.
- Define success metrics and use experimentation to scale.
- Create internal enablement documentation and resources.
