Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, healthcare analytics, or pharmaceutical/market access data products.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare payer ecosystem, including PBM structures, formulary design, and reimbursement dynamics.
- Hands-on experience working with healthcare datasets such as claims, formulary, and reference data.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), and BI tools such as Power BI.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, manage complex roadmaps, and deliver scalable data products.
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional or distributed teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and healthcare concepts.
- Experience with stakeholder alignment and cross-functional collaboration in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, architecture, and roadmap for healthcare data products across the U.S. payer and market access ecosystem.
- Lead multi-product roadmap planning, identifying opportunities for expansion into adjacent data products and new use cases.
- Translate complex business, client, and regulatory needs into clear product priorities.
- Define and track key product KPIs such as data completeness, accuracy, refresh rates, and client adoption.
- Manage third-party healthcare data vendor relationships.
- Design and govern data models, classification frameworks, and business rules.
- Establish data governance, quality assurance, and monitoring processes.
- Lead client issue resolution efforts.
- Oversee team leadership responsibilities including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Drive operational excellence through automation and documentation.
